Winter Rates September 16- May 14 (non-Holiday)
$155/night weekends (two night minimum) $135/night Sunday-Thurs (two night minimum) $700/week
Third night just $95 for any midweek two night stay. Ask about $25 Mt Hood Meadows lift tickets!
Summer and Holiday Rate Season May 15-September 15
$175 per night, two night minimum $1100 per week
From June 14 through September 7, the minimum rental period is one week, unless bookings are less than anticipated--call for availability
Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed with a deposit for one night.
Balance due two months before scheduled arrival for summer or Holiday rentals, and 6 weeks before arrival for all other reservations.
A 8% Transient Hood River Room Tax and 1% Oregon tourism tax is added to all rates quoted above. (Total 9% tax)
Cleaning fee of $60.00 added after tax
Add $10/night, or $50/wk for 7th and 8th guest. Maximum occupancy is 8 people
$500 damage deposit required
Visa & MasterCard accepted
Cancellation Policy: No refund if canceling within 6 weeks of scheduled time unless the home is rented by another customer. In that case, or for cancellations prior to 6 weeks before scheduled arrival, a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee will be paid. |
